Booking & Payment
All sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another date or time. Tours run on a first-come, first-served basis, and times may change by up to one hour. You’ll be notified by email if changes occur.

Tour Experience
This tour gives an overview of the city and does not include lunch. We do NOT visit Tyler Perry Movie Studios. No refunds will be given for this.

Guest Requirements
A liability waiver and ID are required upon arrival. Purchasing a child ticket for ages 13+ is a policy violation and may incur a fee.

What do the "Add-on's" mean?
Add on’s are a way to upgrade your experience. Whether it is extending your two hour tour to add lunch for the 3 hour tour experience or adding on bottles of champagne to sip through the different sights. Make sure to add that on at check out and sit back while we handle the rest.
Are children allowed on the tours?
Yes! All tours are family friendly- day, food, and midday! The only tour that is not kid friendly is the Adult’s Night Only Tour. That experience is 21+ and over.
Do we host Tyler Perry Studio?

As stated on the Hop’NGo Tours website, there are NO refunds for late arrivals/no shows. Please get in contact with a representative at Hop’NGo Tours if you’re going to be late. If guests are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds are available at the time. Please allow for a 10 to 15 minute grace period for our bus to arrive as we have other guests we pick up and want to ensure everyone a safe trip.
There are NO refunds if guests ask to end the tour early! We are obligated as a business to see out all tours through until drop off. Cancellations the day of requested tour may be transferred AND used for another time.
- Guests who enter in the wrong pick up address. There will be a $75 charge to have the bus wait for you to arrive.
- We cannot guarantee the bus will be available when you arrive late. So if you enter the wrong address in your gps, that is on you! You are responsible for getting in contact with a sales representative to reschedule.
- For rescheduled tours where you will be the only tour we host, you are responsible for the rescheduling fee of $50.00 + tax processing fee . If other guests are on the tour, there will be no fee added.
- All rescheduling fees can be paid via invoice or to our business Cashapp or Zelle: Cashapp: $HopNGoToursAtl | Zelle: 678-748-7747
If Hop’N Go Tours is responsible for the cancellation a full refund (MINUS PROCESSING FEE) will be administered to the guests within 5- 10 business days.
Refund will be administered to guests if the Hop’N Go Tours schedule is canceled, we become inoperable, short staff and or overbooked.

Are we required to show id?
All registered guests need to show proper id. If the name does not match the registered id, there will be an additional $50 due to Hop’N Go Tours before tour starts.
Last minute booking?
Tours are available for purchase 24 hours / 7 days a week. We do take last minute bookings in the form of Cashapp or Zelle. That will be your receipt if booking within 2 Hours if website is not allowing ticket purchase. Please send to our Cashapp at $HopNGoToursATL and our business Zelle: 678-748-7747.
All Sales are final for Cash app and Zelle payments.
